Spicy Egg Potato Fry

Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add onions and curry leaves. Saute well. Add all the dry ingredients, salt and vinegar. Put in the potato pieces, pour some water, let it cook till the mixture starts coating the pieces. Add boiled eggs and mix lightly till the masala starts turning dry. Serve hot with chappatis or puttu.
