Ingredients
Prawns – ½ kg (deveined)
DH Achar Masala – 3 tbsp
DH Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Shallots – 8 (sliced)
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Salt – to taste
Coconut oil – for frying
Mix all the ingredients with one spoon of coconut oil. Set aside for 2 hours. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry till cooked. Serve hot with rice.
