Ingredients

  • DH Chakki Fresh Atta – 1 cup
  • DH Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • DH Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • DH Jeera – ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs (chopped)
  • Oil – as required
Mix the dry powders, jeera, salt and coriander leaves. Add warm water, two teaspoons of oil and knead into smooth dough. Make lemon-sized balls and keep aside for 5 minutes. Roll into puris and fry till golden brown.
