Easy Soya Manchurian

Ingredients

  • DH Soya Chunks – 1 cup
  • DH Ginger Paste – 2 tsp.
  • DH Pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
  • DH Vinegar – 1 tsp.
  • Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (chopped)
  • Green Chilies – 2 (chopped)
  • Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp.
  • Corn flour- 1 cup
  • Egg -1
  • Salt- to taste
  • Sugar – 1 pinch.
Boil soya chunks in boiling salt water. Drain and squeeze out the water. Mix corn flour, salt, pepper, water and eggs. Dip the chunks in this mixture and deep fry till crispy. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, onion and green chilies. Sauté well. Add capsicum, vinegar and sugar. Cook for a minute. Add the sauces and let the gravy boil. You can add more salt if needed. Put in the fried chunks, mix and serve hot.
