Custard: Take 2 tbsp.(25g) of Double Horse custard powder into a bowl and make a smooth paste by adding 125ml of milk. Boil the remaining 375 ml of milk with 50g (approximately 4 tbsp.) of sugar. Mix the custard paste slowly to the boiled milk and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir continuously to avoid burning. Allow to cool and enjoy the scrumptious custard.
